Hope Terrace is a double fronted end terrace in Matlock Bath dating back to 1874 that has been renovated to a high standard and has been beautifully decorated throughout. Matlock Bath is a small village in the Derbyshire Dales that sits along the River Derwent at the gateway to the beautiful Peak District National Park.
The house is in a quiet area and enjoys lovely views of the surrounding countryside. The amenities of Matlock Bath including shops, cafes and pubs are a few minutes walk away from the house, and the attractions of the Peak District are all close by making it a wonderful year-round base.
Gulliver's Kingdom and The heights of Abraham are with in walking distance and there are many beautiful walks on the door step.
This characterful house is the perfect place for groups of friends or families to meet. The layout of the house makes 2 house holds sharing very easy as there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms on each floor. The house is very well equipped for families with everything you should need to make your stay enjoyable.
Dogs
We do not generally allow dogs in the house however if you have a non shedding small dog please get in touch and we will consider requests subject to the breed and after determining that the house is suitable, i.e. dog must be happy to sleep downstairs on its own, must be fully house trained as there is limited outdoor space (there is a very small courtyard at the back of the house for emergency wee's and dog must not be left alone in the house at any time.
